How to start using Struts ERP

You can record a first sale after creating an account and adding products.

    Create an account

    Register at https://erp.strutstechnology.co.ke/register with the business name and an email address. The Starter plan is free for one user.

    Add products

    Enter what you sell, with a price and a stock quantity. Starter includes up to 20 products. Business and Enterprise include unlimited products.

    Record a sale

    Sell from the Struts ERP point of sale in the browser, or install the Windows, macOS, Debian/Ubuntu, or Android app. Stock and the customer record update from that sale.

  4. 04

    Submit to KRA eTIMS when a sale should be filed

    Review the invoice, then submit it. Nothing is filed until that step. Business onboarding includes a one-time setup fee of KES 120,000.

Does Struts ERP file invoices with KRA eTIMS?

Struts ERP can prepare a sale and submit an electronic tax invoice to KRA eTIMS. A synced invoice from Xero or another system is not sent to KRA until you submit it. API-created invoices follow the same eTIMS path as a sale made in the dashboard when the organisation is registered for eTIMS.
